Arriving at the hotel, I found a great location not far from the train station, which made getting downtown so much easier without the parking stress. The rooms were spotless, modern, and cozy, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay. On the downside, cleanliness was not up to par in some areas.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of pleasant surprises and a few minor letdowns. The rooms, although smaller than expected, were modern and up to date, below the entrance level floor. The cleanliness was top-notch, and it offered comfortable accommodations. The pool and hot tub facilities were very reasonable. The service from the staff, including the manager, was incredibly accommodating, friendly, and professional, even during an early checkout. While the location was convenient in terms of access to major freeways in Toronto and proximity to Markham and supermarket, it was not my favorite aspect of the stay. Dining options were tasty but experienced a hiccup with a missed pre-ordered breakfast, which slightly tarnished the experience. The overall value for money was good considering the amenities offered.

The hotel offers clean and affordable rooms, although Housekeeper inspections are lacking. Despite a 1:30 am checkout time, the room exceeded expectations with convenient amenities like a microwave, mini fridge, and coffee machine.

The hotel has updated touches making the rooms comfortable, but they are not soundproof so I could hear people in the hallways and outside talking during the night. The rooms were not very clean; however, they smelled clean too.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. However, the dining experience could be improved, and there were some restrictions on room configurations for safety reasons. The location was convenient with nearby amenities, but there were some odd aspects to the surroundings.
